	Clubhouse Reservation - $ 125.00 $125 Clubhouse Rental Fee. If cleaning is required following your reservation or if damage occurs during your event, the cost of a cleaning crew or the cost to make any necessary repairs will be assessed to your Providence account and will be due immediately.
	Clubhouse/Pool Keycard Replacement - $ 25.00 Select this option to pay for a replacement keycard to access the Providence Clubhouse & Pool. New residents should get a keycard from the previous owner at closing. If you do not, you can request one free of charge by clicking HERE. Only one keycard is allowed per home. If you request a replacement card, the existing card assigned to your home will be deactivated.
