NEIGHBORHOOD FACEBOOK PAGE | If you have a Facebook account, be sure to visit our official Facebook page and "Like" the page so you will receive regular updates in your newsfeed.
RESIDENT ONLY FACEBOOK GROUP | If you have a Facebook account, please request to join our resident only group Providence Neighborhood Residents. All neighborhood events, for sale items, and resident updates are posted in the group.
HOA FORMS | If you did not receive a copy of our community documents at closing or when you moved in, please click HERE to download a copy for your reference. While Providence celebrates the diversity of the eight neighborhoods in our community, we are all bound by the covenants and design guidelines that were filed and approved when Providence was initially developed. Adherence to these community standards is essential for the benefit of our entire community.
POOL KEYCARD | If you did not receive a keycard to access the clubhouse and pool at closing or when you moved in, please contact the HOA at President@ProvidenceMacon.org or by clicking HERE to send them a message to request one. Additional or replacement keycard is available for a charge of $25.
HOA DUES | Providence homeowners pay dues to the Association twice annually, in January and July. Our dues cover all the expenses of maintaining and managing our community in accordance with our standards. Owners have the option of passing these charges on to renters when applicable. You can access the Sentry Portal to pay your dues at: https://www.sentrymgt.com/offices/atlanta-south/
TRASH PICKUP | Trash pickup in Providence occurs every Friday morning, except when delayed until Saturday by holidays. Recycling bins are picked up every other week. It is important that you contact Advanced Disposal at (478) 746-7230 to ensure your account is set up and/or to request an approved trash can or recycling bin.
