Providence is a mixed use development in Macon, GA. Spread over more than 200 acres in northern Bibb and southeastern Monroe counties, Providence is divided into 8 distinct
neighborhoods that include estate homes, cottage homes, Charleston bungalows,
neighborhoods that include estate homes, cottage homes, Charleston bungalows,
luxury townhomes, and even retirement villas, allowing multiple generations to live comfortably near one another. The first homes were built in 2002 and construction continues today.
Amenities in the community include a clubhouse and pool, tennis courts, playground, community walking trails, and sidewalks and beautiful tree-lined streets throughout the neighborhood.
Adjacent to the residential community is Providence Village, a commercial development that includes fine dining, a hotel, retail stores, and office space.
With nearly 400 total residences, the Providence community is as diverse as it is welcoming.

Clubhouse/Pool
The clubhouse is available to Providence homeowners and residents to enjoy and also to reserve for private events. Providence neighbors enjoy gathering around the pool during the spring and summer months.
Tennis Court
The Providence Tennis Courts were originally constructed in 2006. It is important to understand that the tennis courts are for the enjoyment of Providence residents and their invited guests only. Guests must be accompanied by a Providence resident at all times.
Playground
Providence residents and their families enjoy the playground year round.
